ReFoto yalnızca 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Uygulamayı kullanarak hukuka uygun hareket etmeyi; başkalarının gizlilik, telif, marka, kişilik veya diğer haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklememeyi kabul edersiniz.

AI sonuçları ve içerik

AI sonuçları hatalı, beklenmeyen veya istenmeyen içerik barındırabilir. Bir sonucu yayınlamadan, paylaşmadan ya da ticari amaçla kullanmadan önce incelemek ve gerekli haklara sahip olmak kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır. Güvenlik filtresini aşmaya çalışmak, zararlı veya yasa dışı içerik üretmek yasaktır. Uygunsuz sonuçlar uygulama içinden bildirilebilir.

Krediler ve satın alma

Krediler Apple App Store uygulama içi satın alma sistemiyle edinilen tüketilebilir dijital ürünlerdir. Satın alma sırasında StoreKit tarafından gösterilen yerelleştirilmiş fiyat geçerlidir. Kullanılmış tüketilebilir krediler standart restore işlemiyle geri yüklenmez; kullanılmamış bakiye sunucu hesabınızla eşleştirilir. İadeler Apple’ın yürürlükteki politikalarına tabidir.

Hesap ve hizmet

Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım, hizmet bütünlüğü veya yasal zorunluluk hâlinde erişim sınırlandırılabilir. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz; kullanılmamış krediler hesapla birlikte kaybolur. Destek için tiryakienes72@gmail.com.

ReFoto is intended for users aged 13 and over. You must not upload content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights, or try to bypass safety controls.

AI results may be inaccurate or unwanted. You are responsible for reviewing results and confirming that you have the required rights before publishing, sharing or commercial use. Unsafe results can be reported in the app.

Credits are consumable digital products purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. The localized StoreKit checkout price controls. Consumed credits are not restored through standard StoreKit restore; unused balances are tied to the server account. Apple’s refund policies apply.

Access may be restricted for security, abuse prevention, service integrity or legal compliance. In-app account deletion permanently removes the account and unused credits. Contact tiryakienes72@gmail.com for support.
